Important Information Before the Trip

  • Travel Insurance: All travelers are required to obtain personal travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. The tour operator is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during the trip, including activities such as horse or camel riding.
  • Safety Guidelines: Guests must carefully follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide before and during the trip.
  • Itinerary Changes: The planned itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road situations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tour Start Time: The tour start time depends on flight schedules and may begin as early as 05:00 AM.
  • Late Arrival Flights: For afternoon arrivals, guests will stay overnight in Ulaanbaatar, and the tour will begin the following morning at 08:00 AM.
  • Tour End Time: The tour will conclude in Ulaanbaatar on the final day between 15:00 and 17:00, adjusted according to flight schedules.
  • Daily Schedule Flexibility: Meal times, rest stops, and restroom breaks may affect the daily schedule, and slight delays may occur.
  • Facilities in Remote Areas: In southern Mongolia and Gobi Desert regions, tourist camps are often located far from central infrastructure. Electricity and hot water are available only during designated hours (for example, from 18:00 to 22:00).
  • No Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued if the tour is canceled or modified due to traveler-related reasons.
  • Possible Delays: Weather conditions, road quality, and frequent stops may cause delays in reaching camps or destinations as scheduled.
